“Courteous staff but not overly helpful ”

“Loved the area. Close to all of the Niagara Falls activities both American side and Canadian side. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. We had to use our same towels the 3 nights we were there.”

“When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. “I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. ”

“If I could. I would give it 3.5 stars. I gave this a 3.5 for a few reasons. Overall, it was decent. It’s a great location! The host was very communicative in the beginning. We were asked if we needed anything and we asked for three blankets and they kindly delivered. The house is old, circa 1910, and quaint in that regard. It’s been “remodeled” and is decent. The bathrooms are not shown in the pics for a reason. They are small (like, your knees will hit the opposite wall sitting and I’m……

“Clean room and quiet”

“The housing is great and the host is really nice. He recommended some places for us to visit and we really had a great stay.”

“The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!”
