「隔音效果不好」

「酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。」

「Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. 「This is a time share property but meticulously maintained. Top appliances and materials used throughout. Service is through a hotel just next door, but they get things done quickly. Very friendly staff. Had one night that the property parking was full and I had to park outside across the street in the open (at their arrangement as well), and they gladly waived my parking fee for that night.
