「I was booked at the Glacier Lodge, there was a party of 6. Middle of the first night, we discovered bed bugs in one of our sofa beds. We had to be moved to two separate rooms in two separate accommodations. Gurpreet at The Peak was super nice and provided exceptional customer service. The other room was at Cascade Lodge and the staff there was quite nice also, easy to deal with. Quite understanding.
