This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. We searched and there is no way to contact the owners. We then had to go get another place to stay. I want my money back as this...

「My family and I spent the week of Christmas in Rainbow Suites #5 and let me say that Whistler during Christmas is magical!
