“We were given wrong access codes. The toilet was clogged upon arrival. My pregnant wife, during our anniversary, was in dire need of the restroom but they did not have a plunger. After an hour of waiting, we were brought a plunger and the employee handed it to me and WATCHED ME unclog the toilet. Additionally, we were in town for one night, and could not get ready for our $1200.00 comedy show due to their being ZERO HOT WATER THROUGHOUT the building for us to take showers. There were vagrants……

“The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings. The one-bedroom apartment in which we stayed was very clean and new, and I liked that we had a four-person dining room table.
