「The unit is cute and well laid out. Check in and access were good, and the neighbourhood feels safe. Bus stops very close. Lots of Asian shops and restaurants nearby. Areas of issue: * Ants in the kitchen * Outside security light doesn’t activate. This makes the cement step unsafe and prevents being able to see the keypad. We had to wave our arms - perhaps it’s because we are short. * Bath tub drain leaks - it doesn’t seal properly. It’s OK for a shower but the water drains fairly quickly...
