「I had a really great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey. The room was brand new, super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. 「The room was very spacious and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. There was access to a kitchen, dinning table and lounge area. However, everything was poorly clean and maintained. The carpet, some towels, and beddings were worn out and stained. The fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets were dirty. There was mess around, e.g., empty alcohol bottles, deflated balloons in a corner, etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid.」

「There was so much hair on the walls is that the shower. No soap for the bathroom sink. Little black dots near the kitchen and bathroom sink. I don't think it was mouse poop maybe something else, I'm not sure what it was. There was also a used towel. I only stayed there for 8 hours, including sleep. Most of it was clean based on looks. But it makes you think that the cleaning was not done properly. The hair all over the shower was very noticeable. It was long hair. Also very warm in there. If...

「酒店就在Metrotown站附近，步行約5分鐘可乘搭skytrain，附近商場臨立，對面馬路就是麗晶商場，交通、飲食、購物都非常方便。 酒店每天供應豐富自助早餐，水果也有2-3種，很好吃。 我們訂了一廳一房套房，露台可以外望温哥華遠境，很賞心悦目，可惜睡房沒有門，只是一個分隔區域，嬰兒沒有寧靜環境，弄到每晚都哭，後來酒店從善如流，給我們換了可以關上門的房，解決了問題，感謝！」
