"Clean, friendly staff and affordable place to stay."

"The hosts are incredibly lovely and clearly take pride in the property. They are available from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight, so keep that window in mind for your arrival. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and gave them a call; they answered right away and helped us get settled immediately. You can tell they are very trusted and professional. We actually made a mistake and accidentally booked a room that had a shared bathroom. Once we arrived and realized our error, the hosts were great about it. We decided to pay a bit extra to upgrade to a Private Suite instead. It was superb and all the best wishes,for them. Highly peaceful ✌️ and exclusive location and vibe. "

"Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night."

"The space was amazing for families. Beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipt with enough dishes. The first night the were a couple people fighting till 2am ( quiet time is 22:00-05:00) Needs a deep clean"

"This place was perfect for my husband and I for 4 nights. Parking in their driveway on a quiet street. Keypad entrance into the suite. Close enough drive to various shopping areas.The bed is only a double, so it felt a little tight, but comfy enough.A small amount of noise from the family upstairs, but nothing concerning.We would stay again if in the area."

"Clean and modern apartment in a beautiful residential neighborhood. I slept like a baby. Owners are friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Wifi works well, heat system too, parking, tons of hot water. Loved it!!!!"

"Our stay was good overall! Place was clean, host was easy to chat with. Only issue is the noise. The place is not sound proof and you can hear everything upstairs. Kids running around and some vacuuming late at night which is too bad and noise early in the morning. No other complaints though as the place was clean, a good central location for Surrey wedding venues, and it was affordable. "

"For us this location was ideal being very close to our son whom we were visiting. The apartment was clean and quiet but annoyingly there were air conditioning units with large ducts through the window in the bedroom such that the blind would not close properly. See photo. It being winter these could easily have been removed. Also the TV remote did not work, or at least the on/off button didn't work, and after I turned it on manually the TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi. A bit disappointing."
