"We booked and paid for a double Queen room and got double beds instead. The lamp in our room was completely broken, you could lift at the shade and the entire light fixture part would lift up. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, made for charging multiple devices difficult. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property - everything is exactly how described in the listing. The dream kitchen is fully stocked. The patio area is Beautiful and has everything you need, conversation area, dining area, and the hot tub fit our group of 11. The bathrooms are all well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Having the basketball court was a great way to spend our afternoon. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into every detail—the floral bouquets and special touches made the space feel extra cozy and inviting.Kharen was fantastic to work with both before our arrival and throughout our stay, and incredibly accommodating.We truly can’t recommend this place enough. It was an absolute delight and the perfect setting for our family weekend together."

"What an amazing gem! Really nice and new neighborhood, plenty of parking with choice of front or back of house, bright and SUPER clean! Upstairs hosts were very quiet and responded to messages instantly! Would recommend to others and would book again if in the area :)"

"The pictures look lovely but when you get in, you see that all the furniture is the cheapest possible option. The bed was terrible - the mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. The "couch" is a futon with another terrible mattress. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned. The countertops are covered in plastic - I've never seen this before. There were no dishcloths, only 1 towel per guest, no hand towels, no facecloths. the fan in the bathroom wouldn't shut off so there was constant noise.As well, I had a change of plans within 24 hours of booking and had asked to amend my booking to accommodate this change. They said they wouldn't and wouldn't give a refund. I can see why they have that policy. After staying one night, if I would have been able to get a refund and stay somewhere else, I would have.Overall - uncomfortable and cheap."

"The home owner provided everything that you will need from a simple thing to a big one. So don’t worry if you forget something. All in there! All I want for that place is tidy and quiet! - my temporary home. A wonderful experience for family to stay! Best recommendation for friends! "
