「My experience was great. We are staying in a loft room which separated me with my roommate who snored loudly. The loft room was quiet and the noise insulation was very good. I did not hear the noise from outside either. The airport shuttle bus service was also good that we arrived at the airport in time. 」

「Good experience. Excellent customer service. We landed pretty late and there was slim manpower in front desk. Still the staff was very helpful and solved our issues on bedding quickly. Would recommend to friends. 」
