Parking through Easy Park was not a good experience I got the parking ticket despite having paid for 3 days through machine. The staff was unable to assist except guided to go to website or call easy park. I will be mindful next time when such parking conditions are offered.

The parking is far from the hotel and unless you drop your baggage at the door or pay 30$ for valet you have to drag it all the way to the hotel from the parkade. ...

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the translink and cruise terminal. Pool area seemed outdated, spa wasn't warm, not hot. Would stay again
