“My Fiancé and I had an amazing time here. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The family that runs it is amazing, and the service was always above and beyond. The breakfast that came on a cart to our door was very good and so cute. We loved the beautiful hydrangeas out front and the stunning grapevines over the parking lot.
This place feels magical, the rooms, the entrance, the lights at night everything about it.
The bistro across the street has some amazing pastries and coffee as well.……

“. rental price was reasonable. owner was very helpful and prompt with communication. suite is self-contained, 2 story, newly created(?) renovated(?), excellent condition. very clean and comfortable. well stocked kitchen re: cooking utensils etc. duvet is much too hot for summer, it would be nice if there were lighter blankets for options. cleaning costs seemed high. suite centrally located in E Van. we enjoyed staying there”

“We had a good stay and it was close to everything we needed. The place was as advertised. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms but the futon was not comfortable at all for 11 nights nor sitting to watch TV and we had to buy a blow up mattress instead as we were 3 adults who did not want to share the 2 double beds. There was bedding to accommodate the futon. Place had most of what was needed but dishcloths and drying cloths would have been nice for washing dishes. ”

“We can't say enough to express how pleased we were with the accomodations and location of this beautiful apartment. Our host, Brain and Carol, were very gracious and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The property is beautifully furnished, making you feel at home and not staying in a rental. “Upon arrival Galina met us to assist with check in. Since no one was staying in the suite he upgraded us at no charge! What a surprise! The suite had a separate entrance and was beautiful! Anything you could want and more was there. It was super clean, quiet and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and great location. Thank you again!! ”

“Joe was very prompt in replying to messages! We were able to get in early and leave our bags for a couple extra hours when we left which was really helpful. The kitchen and washing machine were great additions, as was the fan in the bedroom. "We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service.
My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk.
As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
