LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
The Powderhorn condominiums are located in the upper village 150 meters from the ski slopes and about 1 km from Lost Lake. The ski-in ski-out trail is roughly 50 meters from the condo door! Guests will enjoy being across the street from the slopes since it is located within walking distance of the new gondola on Blackcomb (2018). Enjoy the ultimate convenience while on a Winter getaway in Whistler.

If you are visiting us in the summer months, you will appreciate the short walk to Lost Lake for a dip or a nice hike around the lake as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market. You are walking distance to the Chateau Whistler Golf Course as well. Walk to groceries, dining, shopping, and more with the Upper Village Market steps from your front door. Enjoy a treat at Portobello in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler- (our local fave) ! Use the Valley trail network to walk, run, or bike around the magical place we call Whistler!

THE SPACE
Welcome to the perfect family vacation spot! An open concept condominium, with recent updates, new kitchen appliances and space for the whole famliy! Walk into the perfect place to relax after a long day on the hill or exploring Whistler's Village. As you walk in, guests are welcomed by a large entry way which allows room to place all the jackets, boots and gear comfortably. The spacious primary bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a gas fireplace with the living area and has its own wall-mounted 32-inch flatscreen smart TV. Guests can enjoy an updated bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub. Nestaide provides body wash, shampoo and conditioner to all guests as well as plush bathroom towels.
The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds with two large windows that flood the room with natural light. A perfect place to tuck the kids away for the night!
There is also a Queen sized pull our sofa bed in the living room to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements. This spacious home sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.
The unit is ground floor level at the front of the building but floor "2". The level 1 is the parking garage entrance level and ground floor at the back of the building. The unit is an end unit, which allows for some added privacy.

KITCHEN
This recently renovated condo has new heated slate floor in the kitchen area as well as new quartz counters and new stainless appliances: Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer, and some common small appliances, as well as sugar, common spices, and cooking oil are provided- the chef in your group, will be ecstatic!
There is a large dining room/ living area with new floors and a 60 inch smart TV flat screen for the family to enjoy. Eat a big breakfast at the dining table before a big day on the mountain. Play a board game in front of the gas fireplace with your loved ones after a great day exploring the town.

HOT TUB
There is a shared rooftop hot tub - offering excellent views of the mountains.

Hot tub - opens 10 am - 10pm. There is a signup sheet. One time slot per unit per day. One group at a time- 30 min time slots. This started during COVID and stayed due to the added privacy and realaxation it provides guests.

LAUNDRY
There is a new and large washer and dryer in the unit.

PARKING
We offer free parking in two assigned stalls (back to back) in the secure underground parkade. Visitor parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SKI & BIKE STORAGE
There is a Ski locker room in the Powderhorn complex as well as a place to lock up your bikes in the secure parking garage. Please bring your own ski key.

The bike locker is on level 2

PETS
Dogs are allowed and welcomed at this rental provided the guest pay a $50 pet cleaning fee as well as make sure that their dog is well trained, not left alone in the unit for hours and is not barking and disturbing neighbouring units.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will have access to the entire suite, and the complex hot tub.

We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

Powderhorn is in a quiet location - minutes walk to everything Whistler has to offer,shops, restaurants, slopes. Ski Whistler and Blackcomb. Secure underground parking is provided - 2 spots. Free shuttle outside of complex door.

Whistler Upper Village offers a secluded alpine setting that is just steps from the excitement, hustle, and bustle of Whistler Village. This great location for a Whistler vacation offers the best of both worlds. The Upper Village is a family-friendly area complete with its own base lodge, ticket office, shops, kids center and ski rental. Just a short, ten minute stroll from the busy Whistler Village, the Upper Village is a charming area filled with many delicious and popular Whistler restaurants and fantastic shops and boutiques that you can't find anywhere else in town.

During the summer months, Whistler Upper Village is home to the Adventure Zone, where families can go horseback riding, enjoy a round of mini golf, or fly through the air on a trapeze. The Upper Village is also just minutes away from the Chateau Whistler Golf.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $157.50.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Great property, location, and communication! Well stocked and great use of space for our mix of guests. Far enough away for a peaceful, quiet experience, but close enough to get in the Whistler Village mix either by foot, bus or ski in/out if we went earlier in the season.

Good location, close to the hills and village

The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive to our enquiries. The layout is exactly as advertised and has all the amenities required. The coffee maker is a standard one (i.e. not pods). The beds were comfortable but the layout of the second bedroom is very tight. The second bedroom has 4 bunk beds so it is difficult to move around (in and out of bed) for an adult but is ok for kids. The location is good since you are walking distance from both the Blackcomb gondola and the upper village. We were there to ski so it was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was the completeness of the welcome package. The information regarding the process to get in the condo (the information about the entrance keys) and controls of the bathroom heat and fireplace was vague and we had to contact the owner to clarify. However, the owner responded quickly and the information was provided. I would recommend this location. It is a very nice place for a couple with young kids or 2 adults.

Home Away from Home at Powderhorn

We had a comfortable and memorable stay at this condo, which truly was home away from home. It is beautifully decorated to suit the surroundings, well appointed, clean, well kept, comfortable and well situated with a pick up shelter for the free Whistler Village shuttle located at the front of the building and Blackcombe Mountain a scant10 minute trail walk away . Due to staff shortages in Whistler, it was often difficult to get restaurant food which made the kitchen facilities an even greater asset. Chris is a phenom who quickly responds to inquiries, encourages questions and was instrumental in enhancing our condo experience. She is an excellent and considerate host. We would not hesitate to return to this condo in the future and look forward to the opportunity to do so.

Great condo few steps away from Blackcomb gondola!

The Powderhorn 204 condo met all the expectations we had. It was updated and all appliances very recent. Heating floor tiles, fireplace and even a BBQ on the outside deck. The kitchen was fully equipped to make our own meals. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything we need for a one week family of four ski trip. Everybody was even having is small locker to store their ski boots and gear just by the entry door. The slopes to reach the Blackcomb gondola is less then 5 minutes walk or the free bus stop is right in front of unit to easily reach the Whistler base or village. The garage is located in the basement which keep the car out of snow. Highly recommanding for rental for single family visiting. Will rent again if returning the area.

The perfect condo!

This place was better than expected and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Yes it's ski in ski out as advertised. A very well equipped kitchen perfect for those who want to stay in and cook like we did. The washer and dryer were perfect and we all could have cut the clothing we brought by half or more. The biggest bonus was the rooftop spa! So if you like the quiet side of Whistler this is perfect. Sleeps 4 very easy and 6 is possible with good friends or especially families with kids. I will be back for sure!

Great for 2-3 people - tight squeeze for 6!

A great property for two or three people - no complaints whatsoever. Very reasonabky priced and in great condition. Only issue for larger groups wpuld be that the second bedroom is as small as it looks and had extremely limited storage space for the 4 people it sleeps, so it would be very tight squeezing 6 people into the condo.

Beautiful Updated Property with close access to Blackcomb lifts

This condo was very nice. The location was great. We stayed during the summer and it was a short walk to the lifts at Blackcomb. I had kids in biking camp right by the Blackcomb lifts and it took me with small kids about 9 minutes to walk. Or if you didn't want to walk, the bus stop was literally 40 yards from the front door. If you were staying in winter the access to the slopes would be even better. The owners did a very nice remodel, everything was updated, had every appliance or item you could need in the kitchen, and there was plenty of extra linens. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. There is no pool, but Lost Lake is walking distance or the bus/shuttle takes @5 minutes. There is a roof top hot tub with gorgeous views.

Loved the location with easy access to the slopes, local bus right outside, and close walk to Blackcomb base without being so close to hear the noise. Owners were very responsive to requests and gave clear simple instructions for everything. The washer and dryer in the apartment was great on our ski holiday to reduce packing needs. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful Ski In/Ski Out Updated Condo in Upper Village

We stayed in this condo for a week over Christmas and it was wonderful! The Powderhorn complex was a little older but the unit is nicely updated with full kitchen, a newer W/D, and fresh cute decor. You can see the shuttle stop out the window for the bus to take you into town. The footpath for the ski in/ski out area was a 5 minute walk down the road which was very convenient for skiing access to the the Blackcomb base area. The rooftop hot tub is a little snug but we enjoyed it every evening after a full day on the slopes. There were only two of us staying but the second bedroom with two single beds is ideal for a family with two kids. Christine was very easy to get in touch with and made the rental process very easy. It was very clean and equipped with most items needed to cook a full meal and the W/D made it very convenient to wash items halfway through the trip. We highly recommend this cute and cozy spot!
