The Space:

Fresh mountain air greets you as you step into this quiet retreat high on the south side of Whistler Mountain. Snow-draped evergreens surround the chalet, and soft winter light filters through large picture windows while the warmth of the fireplace invites you to settle in after a day on the slopes. With ski access available from December to March, you can head straight onto the Dave Murray trail and return to the comfort of home with ease.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame forest and mountain views, filling the open-concept living area with natural light. Cedar and stone accents create a welcoming chalet feel, complemented by a gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace that sets the tone for cozy winter evenings indoors. Comfortable seating and a TV offer a relaxed place to unwind, while a dedicated workspace and mini bar fridge provide a quiet area when you need focus.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel Sub-zero and Miele appliances, granite counters, and the essentials for preparing meals at home. A breakfast bar seats three, and the adjacent dining area seats eight, making it easy to gather together before or after time on the mountain.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms and a den. The upper floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and a private balcony with seating. A den with a twin bunk bed offers an additional sleeping area. The main bathroom on this level includes a deep soaker tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On the lower floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed, another includes two bunk beds and a TV, and the fourth bedroom features a king-split bed with an ensuite bathroom. A separate lower-floor bathroom provides a bathtub with shower and double vanity.



Outdoor living

Winter days end beautifully on the lower deck in the private hot tub, surrounded by evergreens and the quiet of the mountain. The balcony includes a BBQ grill for year-round use, with outdoor seating available when weather permits.



Convenience & access

A single-car garage with an industrial boot dryer keeps your gear organized and ready for the next day. Additional driveway parking, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart lock self check-in add comfort and ease to your stay.



Ski access

For intermediate skiers, the property connects to the Dave Murray ski trail leading to the Creekside Gondola. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, offering a true slopeside experience during the winter season. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request. 



Neighborhood

Located in the Taluswood neighborhood in Creekside, the home offers a serene setting above the activity of Whistler Village. Shops, restaurants, and the gondola at Creekside are just a short drive away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

Other Things to Note:

• Quiet hours. Strictly enforced community bylaws state that 'Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM' therefore spa use is restricted to outside these hours

• The Heights is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping anywhere within the home or outside is not permitted and may result in a $500 fine

• Not pet-friendly. This home has a strict no-pets policy and can result in a $500 fine

• No parties. Event celebrations or parties are allowed on this property

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
