Therefore, we ask you respect and follow the house rules closely and treat our space the same way you treat your own.

• Heating & Air Conditioning:
Ensure your comfort by adjusting the thermostat on the main floor to
your preferred temperature.

• Oven Usage:
Please use the foil provided to protect the grill pans etc.
Leave the oven as you found it, as a charges will be deducted for extra cleaning if it’s clear foil hasn’t been used.

• Kitchen Basics & Laundry:

Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, dishwasher tablets, etc are there for your use on
arrival. Microwave is located in the Kitchen. The washing machine and
separate dryer are located in the laundry area.

Very bright hearing

The accommodation is located in the basement of a new building. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy, so you can hear the tenants in the apartment above as if they were in the same apartment. The furnishings are not yet complete, but Abi has made an effort to get the missing items quickly. On a positive note, there is a sports field and playground nearby.
