"House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. The house was very clean inside, would recommend outdoor furniture and spaces be cleaned up a bit before guests arrive, debris, leaves, spider webs, and bird droppings.
