"The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in lady was beyond unprofessional from the first moment. Everything is super dirty and old. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. Also charged me $25 for early checkin when the expedia email clearly stated the check in times. "

"Unfortunately, the hotel is being renovated. This caused minor issues. However, the free breakfast with Karen, the morning server, was extremely delicious. She was helpful, kind and accommodating. She found a way to make daily breakfast an enjoyable experience. Pauline, the front desk clerk and bartender, was notified of patrons violating the pool rules. She immediately resolved the issue. Great staff at Hyatt Place. I will definitely book again. I am looking forward to the completion of the renovations for my stay next June. Thank you Karen and Pauline for an amazing experience. Additionally, the manager listened to breakfast ideas, and the next morning, Karen made it happen. Awesome experience!!"

"Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area. Apart from these physical inconveniences, the staff was uniformly polite and friendly."

"We have been going here for more than 7 years to visit our daughter & family. Unfortunately there was an incident Sunday with at least 30 kids I would say 15 - 23 years of age that was a very uncomfortable situation, not sure we will be back."
