「Good breakfast, nice environment/lobby, comfortable and clean room, Wifi speed very good」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The property is one year old and appears essentially brand new. The room bath had a nice walk in glass door shower and the mattress of our king bed was comfy. The breakfast was fairly typical for free breakfast hotels, but had non-dairy oat milk. The hot foods included scrambled eggs, which we felt were from a carton and bland. Bottom line: we will gladly stay here again. Also, friendly staff.」

「We actually canceled a reservation at a different property because it was completely disgusting. Our second reservation was with this hotel and it was delightful. We actually left in the morning before breakfast was served, and the lady at the desk opened up enough to let us have a bagel and a yogurt and some juice for our little ones」
