“It was nice specious room, clean and well maintained. It had space for bikes or other outside equipment.”

“Place was great location and looked nice in the lobby, from photos, etc but the rooms were not as pleasant. Wait staff was alright, for the most part accommodating, but they switch out so often that none of them were up to date on the issues that never got taken care of. It definitely could have been worse, but I would not go back.”

“I do NOT recommend any women stay at this property!! I was accosted in their underground parking lot by one of their valets! I immediately reported the incident to the front desk and they would not release the employee's name so that I could file a police report. I was alone, parking in the ADA spot by the elevator and stayed in my car with the windows up and doors locked while he was ranting and accosting me for what he felt was the wrong place to park (86 years old with ADA permit, btw). “This is a ok place to stay if you're getting on a cruise ship it near the port!”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“The two cleaning staff that we met were nice. However, the owner was a bit curt with us when checking in. It was a nonsmoking hotel but the hallways smelled like old cigarettes. The furniture was falling apart, the rooms could’ve used a coat of fresh paint, and the overall experience could’ve been better.”

“Quiet and peaceful”

“The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy”
