「ABOMINABLE. I have attempted to communicate with you on this platform AND Facebook. The owner told us the property was unavailable because it was rented out on long lease. We had to find alternative accommodation. The owner claims to have tried to arrange our refund, to no avail. We have also tried to request a refund, also to no avail.You can read our story on your Facebook page and in Facebook Messenger. Your system needs to be less automated because quite frankly, it sucks. So, I am again...

「This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! 」
