The home was spacious indoors so we didn't feel like we were crowded. Such a cool older home. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner was very good with corresponding. The location was great as we walked to a couple local restaurants and was convenient for our trips to the State Fair……

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……
