The house was amazing - we were a family of 7 hanging out and the space was perfect. As foodies, we appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen. The deck was furnished with comfortable furniture and we ate our meals there and spent a lot of time just hanging out with great views of the lake and mountains. Communication was great and arriving/checking out super easy. The dock and lakeside area is a great place to hang out and swimming is great. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps between the parking area and the house, also down to the lake, and the house itself is three stories. So it would not be a good spot for a family with mobility issues.We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The home was very nice. It had a HUGE climb from the home to the parking area which should be provided. There is NO WAY anyone that is not fit or has handicapped issues can rent this property. The management company was TERRIBLE. No one answers the phone. They did not provide us the TWO different gate codes for access and had to wait for another resident to help us. The master bedroom and the kitchen lost power and again there was no live person to help us. The breaker panel is in a locked room which seems illegal if there was an emergency. We finally received a call back and it was the code for another closet and had to call back again and the management company gave us a 2nd code but had the codes mixed up. Again, beautiful newer home on the lake but should provide the information on the hill climbing to the parking area and the challenges with the property management company.

NO Driveway

There is NO driveway to this property and we were not made aware of that prior. There are 40 plus steep steps and walk ways to get down to the house. With luggage it about killed us. We finally just pushed the suitcases over the 12 ft retaining wall. Taking groceries down was a pain. Then on departure having to carry ALL our stuff up a literal cliff with steps ruined our last day in Whitefish. Be aware there is NO DRIVEWAY to the house. The pictures are deceiving.Other than that beautiful view..
