「Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia.」

「Breakfast wasn’t open till 7:30 Waited 10min for a staff to come to the front desk for check in, with no explanation. Other wise will stay again 」

「I like that the gal who checked me in asked about why I was in town and took an interest in me personally. I also appreciated that she didn't blast my room number to anyone in earshot. As a woman who travels for business and sometimes alone, it was greatly appreciated.」

「Friendly staff. Breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, coffee and milk. Also, a really cool pancake machine! Front desk is nothing to write home about, no elevators on this two story hotel, stairs and hallways outdated and have that stale smoke odor. Pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean, updated, comfy bed and updated bathroom. I’d stay there again.」

「I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. She took great care of our elderly parents, going WAY above and beyond to make sure their stay was superb. I can 100% recommend this property if you want to avoid the...
