“Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing……

“There aren’t enough stars to give this home. Everything about it was top notch. Kitchen well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. beds super comfortable, plenty of towels. Home was spotless. We were on a fly fishing trip but rain run off made it tough. House is.close to Delta restaurants, Black Canyon, & Grand Mesa. Lots to do if you don’t fish. Would not hesitate to come back.”

“I was only here for a night passing through the area. The bed was nice and comfy. The room was very clean and cozy. Glenda was nice and sweet and greeted me on my arrival. I was able to rest and relax before I was back on the road in the morning. ”

“Always a pleasure. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Colorado River Walk. Adam and his wife stock the house with many organic items. It is vey clean and spacious. We have been here many times for the great hiking and Pallisade peaches. ”

“This was our second time staying at this home with a few other families and it is the best! There is so much to do for adults and kids on the grounds, and we really enjoyed grilling, swimming, and using the fire pit at night. The home is modern and clean. It’s close to trails for biking as well, which is a huge bonus. We can’t wait to return again!”

“Our group of 7 (ranging in age from 72 to 13) were in town for a wakeboarding competition and wanted to have room to spread out and spend time together. This house did just that! We had plenty of space to both congregate together and escape for some solitude both inside and out. The kitchen was well-equipped for everything we needed to cook meals, the bathrooms had necessities needed, and the house just overall felt like a home away from home. Since we were flying across the country, we asked……
