“Perfect location for exploring the Loess Hills. I was in the area to participate in the annual Loess Hills Prairie Seminar, and I will definitely return to this hotel next year. Comfortable bed, hot shower, convenient location. What else matters?”

“The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. If I had known it was pet friendly in every room I would not have stayed there. The second room they gave us was supposed to have been just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets.”

“This was a great value for the price charged. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable, the shower had incredible pressure, and the towels were great. Nothing fancy, but a very comfortable stay.”

“I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!”

“Front desk was not very friendly when the remote for tv didn't work , AC in room was very noisy when it was running, no live TV only streaming channels , was needing to get food was told that my dog had to go into the dinning area sense he is a service dog . I did not want to make a scene with him just wanted to eat . Chose to leave and find a different place to stay . I don't like to make scenes , just want to feel like im normal like others but medical reasons sometimes makes me different. ……

“Run down -needs major face lift”

“The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them.”

“Room was fairly clean. Wall around mirror was dirty. There was only coffee in the morning after 8 am. No breakfast. The toilet paper holder was way to close to the toilet and would always fall off the wall. I usually can deal with all this. But, he beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Kept waking up with back pain.”
