On the lower ground floor is a games room with a table tennis table; a really useful utility room, great for storing wet items after a day at the beach, and in the sea; and a luxurious bathroom with roll tap bath, for a long, leisurely soak. Upstairs on the first and second floors are the four beautifully decorated bedrooms, shower room and separate cloakroom. Outside, there is a patio and long enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining.
