“Our family of five spent five nights at Compass 10 over the Easter holidays. Communication with the Manager from booking was efficient and timely. Check in and out was super easy, we were met at the airport with our buggy on arrival. Everyone loved the buggy, we had to hire a second one as they only fit 4 and half the fun of Hammo is burning around in the buggies. “Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. ”

“While we were more than happy with the spacious living area and bedrooms and the glorious view, there were a couple areas that attention. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the shower has a step up into it that felt a bit unsafe with wet feet. We thought the deck surface could have been a bit cleaner, the bird droppings had been there for some time and it made it a bit unpleasant in bare feet. We found some of the glassware not clean in the cupboard, as if they were put away with unclean……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. It was very clean, loads of room especially for large families like ours, Netflix was great for the rainy friday we all spent at home, bright and airy and just that nice distance away from the hustle……

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “酒店的前台就在机场边上的一幢小房子。直接把行李放前台，有中文服务，告知岛上的详细路线及生活所需。在前台隔壁租车处领取免费的高尔夫车一辆，退房那天交还房间钥匙后车子还是可以继续用的。岛上租用高尔夫车的话可是要一天89澳刀。是公寓式分散的房间，自己开高尔夫车按照地图去找，分散式的公寓，私密性很好。是两层的独栋公寓，我们住的是楼上的。入住的是套房，两个房间，一个超级大的客厅，两个阳台，厨房里各种器具齐全，刀叉锅碗瓢盆微波炉冰箱，连洗碗机都有！在岛上住了四天，每天都可以自己开饭，岛上的餐馆都太难吃了，什么都是炸得干干的，不符合中国人的口味。阳台的电烤架也好用，可以去超市买点现成的腌肉来烤，要小心岛上的鹦鹉来袭。就是没有客房清洗服务，住的几天都是自己稍微打理，垃圾也要自己清理，到退房才会统一清洗，退房时厨房跟电烤架都是要自己清洗好的，不然会有罚款 。”
