TV would not change channel from Comedy channel. Difficult to communicate with staff. We left early and could not get in to return key. I rang bell and ended up sticking key through door. It was clean, quiet and reasonably priced, no frills and older building. All in all it worked fine for our needs and would stay again.

TV did not work, but staff fixed it. Toilet was dirty, but i took care of that. Other than that, i would stay there again. Just wish they still had an eatery still there.

Building looks abandoned, rooms are literally filthy. We left about two hours after we checked in because there was roaches running across our bed. They wouldn’t refund our money for that night, but we got the other two nights refunded, possibly one of the worst hotel situations we’ve ever been in. Don’t know how it’s open doing business.

The property didn’t have Fairfield name The sign said Great American Best Value so we couldn’t locate it only after 2 phone calls we were told name change. The area is dark Also using Expedia we were charged more than motel charges if we just walked in by $20 Carpet in hallwY stairs and room were very dirty

The lady at check in was very nice. The building is undergoing construction but had 3 different names on it so I wasn't sure i was in the right place. Got a king size bed that was probably worse then laying on the floor, 3 really small pillows and the bathroom door looked like somebody punched it. Leaving a hole halfway through the door. The bathtub couldn't be stopped up for a bath. Water kept changing from scalding hot to freezing randomly with bad pressure. Only stayed one night found a better hotel somewhere else.

Gentleman watching the counter was nice. The whole place looks abandoned. I could not use my Expedia reservation, so that was frustrating as I lost that money. The motel was quiet but under a lot of construction. The room needs a decor update and did not cool down even when the AC was set to cool to 60 on the highest fan setting. The room was not clean. There were ants everywhere. The bedding was not clean, the towels had large yellow stains. There were leftover crumbs on the floor. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom, and it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Lots of dirt/stains everywhere. There was no restaurant unlike the advertisement. Carpets are stained. Charged me $69 ($79 with tax) per night. More than the online prices for here. Shower curtain and bedding were stained. The place generally smells like old cigarette smoke. My keycard stopped working 3 hours before check out and I had to get it fixed twice before getting back into my room. Also any time I returned to my room the number of ants had increased despite me not eating in the room. Nasty. They are now all in my bags.

Well, I walked into my room...pulled back the cover of the bed and there was a bed bug lying in the middle of the bed... THAT did it for me.... I left immediately... The woman at the counter said I could not get my money back but I did not care. I was NOT going to stay there.
