Rude took my deposit and I spent over 500$ never brought us new towels or anything tissue paper nothing and I’m homeless with kids they only want your money they don’t care about the guest at all!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. After i got out of the shower to dry off I noticed they only gave me 2 hand towels and no bath towels. The rooms need a little updating. The flooring was not in great shape. Some kind of laminate floor that was peeling up in several places. Not a big deal to me but I could see it being a problem for others. Overall for the price it was a good experience.

I stayed at this hotel because I started a new job. Check in time stated 2 pm. I arrived a little after 1 pm, usually I can check in early. When I went to check in the rude man at the counter states "check in time is around 3 pm". I showed my reservation showing 2pm, he then states "well, that is still an hour away". So, I drive around to wait until 2 pm. The same man was there and was somewhat nice at this time. the room was MEH, the walls were patched up, and, in the bathroom, the wall was bubbling where moisture got in. I had originally booked two nights, I received my work schedule, and booked an extra night, the day before my last night. I went to the front desk to inform an employee that I had booked an extra night, he said "yea, I see it". I also inform said employee, that I work nights and would not need housekeeping, as I would be sleeping. So, I get off of work and just fall asleep, when I hear LOUD banging on my door, I did not answer because I was trying to sleep, the banging continues. Then this woman proceeds to bang on the windows of the room yelling something I could not hear, so, I finally open the door, she then rudely states, pointing at her clipboard "you going to check out"? I explain to her that I had booked an extra night (the day before). There was NO apology for disturbing me, even though I informed them and to not to. I was very frustrated about the whole thing. I will NOT be staying here again. IF I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!

1. Check-in is at 2pm. I got there around 1pm. MOST places allow you to check in early. I went in to check in the front desk person told me "check-in is around 3pm". When I showed him that check-in was 2:00 p.m., he stated "well it's still an hour early". So I rolled my eyes and went and sat my vehicle 2. Walls have just been patched over and not painted .The bed was ok.. 3. While I was there I booked an extra night due to me working overnights. I asked them not to come in and do housekeeping. The day that I was originally supposed to leave I was trying to sleep having to work a night shift not only did this woman bang on the door but when I didn't answer because I was in bed she started banging on the window, when I open the door she said "are you going to check out"? I told her I had booked an extra night. When I booked this extra room the person at the front desk said that they would let people know so that they would not bother me, and yet here we are getting woken up by someone banging on my door and window.. if I could get zero stars I would...
