Make your morning coffee in the Keurig and enjoy the quiet neighborhood on the covered front patio. Centrally located in the heart of Derby with easy access to K15 and rock road. Also grocery stores and food nearby!
Any noise complaints, smoking inside the home or parties will result in a $500 fine

Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel was over the shower rod. Very disappointed for the money I paid. I will say the place was clean and easily accessible. And the host was very nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.

Really enjoyed the stay. Was in town for a wedding in Winfield. Liked being in a neighborhood — easy to go for a run in the mornings. I must admit the property didn’t look great on the outside BUT the inside was great— all updated and very clean. Also was close to grocery stores and places to get food. Communication with the host was easy (through the site) and he always got back to me promptly.Would book again if ever I needed a place to stay in that area.

Touring band stopping in Wichita on the last weekend of a 2 week tour. This Derby residence was a perfect, peaceful stay after a great show and had us feeling refreshed and ready for tonight in Tulsa!

Wonderful!

My friends and I stayed here for a lowkey bachelorette party and it was perfect! We wanted a night in to watch March madness, some romcoms and have fun. The Roku was great, I could cast my phone to the tv and had no issues. They had pots and pans so we were able to make our dinner rather than going out! There was a Walmart and a target not too far. Owner had great communication even after our stay when I had thought I left some earrings at the house! This was exactly what we were looking for!
