This newly renovated space is perfect for large or small families! With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths, A fully stocked laundry room, keurig coffee bar and complimentary Netflix! A great walking path that will take you to Riggs park, the HAC (Haysville activity center), City Pool and the Football stadium. Mimosa Street Stay is in a great location, About 15 minute drive will get you to the Kansas Star Casino, Derby, the airport and south central Wichita!
The main floor of the home will be accessible.
There is a basement, storage closet in the hallway and a garage that will be locked from guest use.

Clean and spacious

My sister and I stayed here along with our parents to attend a family funeral in Wellington. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the property but it was nice to have somewhere quiet and comfortable to come back to each evening. The house was SO clean, even more so than it appeared in the pictures! There were plenty of rooms for us all to spread out, and the reclining couches were a big hit with our dad. :) The kitchen and living area would be great for a bigger group, too. As others have mentioned, the location might seem a little odd at first as the driveway is actually in one of the school entrances! But it must be only used for staff as we never had any trouble with traffic/buses etc. You could hear children playing at recess but it was not bothersome at all. We are always looking for places to stay when we come from out of town visit our Kansas family, and we will definitely book here again!

Nice quiet place

Really enjoyed staying here. All new appliances, large kitchen/family area. Walking paths right outside door. Neighborhood was quiet though it may not be when school is in session, lol. Will stay here again when we come back to town.

Family Gathering

From the moment we walked in this beautiful place we felt at home. It was very clean and wonderfully comfortable. The pics don’t do justice. The host responded quickly with any questions. I highly recommend.
