Unpack and unwind in this cozy and newly renovated space. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, and a large deck you will have room to stretch out. Nestled in a convenient area of Derby near shopping and restaurants, you have easy access to everything you need. With the majority of Wichita area attractions being less than 30 minutes away, you can enjoy the comfort and security of suburbs and a day or night out on the town enjoying all that the air capital has to offer.

Very clean and host was quick to communicate. Saw some bugs and owner said they would address it. Could use some more silverware and kitchen utensils. Other than that, it was a great place!

Marjorie is a wonderful host who is very quick to respond to any questions. We stayed in her home with a few family members while in town for our daughter’s wedding. We were all very comfortable and it was a wonderful place to hang out together and to come back to after a long day of festivities! I wholeheartedly recommend a stay in this beautiful home!

Double booked our stay

I booked five months in advance and they did not find the double booking until the day before our stay even though they had messaged me months prior. The reason for booking was my graduation and all other places in town or within an hour radius were booked and I was unable to find a different location with such short notice.

Derby Stay

Family from various parts of the country were coming together and it was important for us to be in Derby. This home was perfect for us! We had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and dining area gave us space to socialize comfortably. The lower level worked out well for those who needed to work remotely (with reliable WiFi!). The heating system worked well during the cold weather that we encountered. And when we licked ourselves out, the hosts were extremely responsive and exceptionally accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!
