  • No cleaning fees! We have over 275 five star reviews. Charming, completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of the historic Delano district. Stay where the action is--walking distance to restaurants, breweries, Riverfront Stadium, the Wichita Ice Center; and only a short drive to Friends University, InTrust Arena and Old Town. The home features a lovely screened-in porch with patio furniture, fenced back yard and private parking. Inside are cozy accommodations including a sectional sofa, 50" TV with Roku & fully stocked kitchen. The master suite is on the main floor and features a king size bed with luxury linens as well as a queen size bed. The recently remodeled master bath includes a bathtub/shower and also features a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap provided). The second bathroom is also located on the main floor. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds.
