"The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. The young man on the desk was very personable. Stephanie went beyond her job description and helped me with a “wardrobe problem”— she was super!"

"Beautiful hotel and great room! However the bathroom was not the cleanest and by that I mean, long black hair all over the bathroom floor. Called and let the front desk staff know about it and stated it would be taken care of. Went out around 3pm got back to the room at 10pm, so ample time. While some of the hair was picked up a surprisingly amount was still there! Finally took a washcloth and cleaned it up myself. Body wash dispenser was empty and the. They “cleaned” they took the only bar of soap and don’t replace it."

"Overall the state was great but had a few issues. First, the good stuff; the staff was excellent! They found out it was our anniversary and they had a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate up in our room before we even got there. The breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was close to entertainment and restaurants. The issues, we didn't know we had to pay for parking but it was in a secure garage which made the car safe. Next, the elevator near the parking garage ended up going out of service which is not their fault at all but it added a lot of extra walking. Finally, for such a nice place their toilet paper was AWFUL, we went and bought our own. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Clean room, friendly staff, clean building area, kitchen and room has all the needs, bed was very uncomfortable I had to get on the couch, shower had no water pressure and took forever to even get warm."

"Staff were attentive, friendly and just plain perfect. Room was clean, spacious and again perfect. 14oz ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly. Food was well worth the price. "
