"Really nice place for peace amd quiet time with family...will do again..."

"This was a perfect, quiet, secluded retreat for our couple's anniversary weekend. If you want calm, quiet and seclusion, this is for you. The last 4-mile road is narrow, steep and difficult, so definitely heed instructions about having SUV or truck. Due to the mountainous terrain, steep drop-offs, lack of TV, spotty cell/WiFi service and possible encounters with wildlife (we had a timber rattlesnake on-property for a couple of days), I would not recommend this property for children under teen age. There is a sofa and futon for sleeping up to 4, and there are games available for families, so if you bring young ones, just keep a very close eye on them when not indoors. The view was indeed amazing, we loved the porch (when the snake wasn't visiting), the bed was very comfortable, and it was clean (other than some dishes we had to rewash before using, as previous visitors did not wash well). Overall, we absolutely loved this place and would definitely return if quiet seclusion is our goal."

"This is our fifth year to the area, and this is by far our favorite cabin to-date. The cabin was spotless and everything we needed was already there. It’s far enough away from the tourist crowds in Hochatown/Broken Bow to really enjoy nature and disconnect from the world, but close enough to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely be repeat customers!"
