He told me that it was not his problem but mine. He eventually showed me a list of names and mine was the first on the list of reservations. everything went smooth after that. Not sure if I would return there."

"I'm not sure this is a hotel as much as a long-term shelter. The "guests" seem to be residents. The rooms themselves appear "lived in." Everything's old and outdated and smells like smoke. It only seemed like a hotel because of the Wyndham name attached and that it's next to a Marriot and Hampton Inn. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the blaringTVs coming from rooms on either side. Maybe just convert this place into a proper shelter for the people with children who really need it. But...
