「We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands. 「The hotel staff were great and the rooms were nicely decorated however our bathroom had a really damp smell that was annoying. Otherwise such a great location and super convenient to the action!」

「I still think about the Irish beef and red wine stew from their onsite restaurant at least once a day. Definitely worth the 11 hour flight and additional drive. Room was clean and staff friendly. Appreciated the in room oscillating fan that helped dry my toddler’s shoes after he jumped in the river in Gort. 」

「Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.」
