「We had a weird experience when we came back to our room after breakfast we found 3 staff members in our room - they claimed they were measuring the carpet but it was 9:30 am and we checked out at 12. They could have measured when we checked out. We think they were searching our room which they had no right to do. We gave them no cause to search our room. It was very strange. I will not go back. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Hotel Killarney. Our room was wonderful, and the view of the lake was incredible—such a peaceful way to start and end the day.
