"Floors where sticky towels and washcloths were dirty. Has to go get towels. No one there to help you or answer your call. Also, no pool, Wii Fii ( no TV)"

"Part of the hotel is under construction so I am sure it will be better when completed. We didn't hear them working in our room but the back driveway was cluttered with trucks and debris. Dining room was beautiful and the food was delicious and great location."
"Lovely place, welcoming atmosphere, lots of rustic touches - perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking and climbing, lots of interesting places to explore nearby, pedestrian friendly neighborhood, lots of parks, shops, restaurants within a short distance."
"For the lower end cost, it was worth it. Nothing special. Definitely an aged property. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. The pool was cold. No hot tub (online description said there was one. Even hotels.com asked if we enjoyed the hot tub) Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles was a hit. Nice to have a safe place to stay."
"Updated and nice property that was close to everything. The room was updated, the grab and go breakfast was nice and I liked the filtered water bottle filler. The pool looked clean but too cold for my family at the time we went. The microwave and mininfridge were great too. Only drawback was the walls seemed thin, we were on the 2nd floor and anytime someone walked by you could feel and hear it and we could hear our neighbors. One had a dog that whimpered at 6am each morning but overall it a comfortable place to stay."
"I had mixed feelings about my visit to saranac lake but the hotel stay was wonderful. The towels were soft and plushy, linens were comfortable and so was the bed but the pillows could use a refresh. We stayed in a family suite and it definitely had more cabin vibes than hotel/inn. I enjoyed this property so the things I’m mentioning are just to put them out there, they are not complaints by any means. It can be quite loud in the suites- every shower my neighbors took sounded like we were in there and the walls are very thin so even a lot of normal level conversation carried over. If you are very sensitive to sounds and noise keep that in mind and pack earplugs.
They had the coolest amenities of anywhere I’ve ever stayed! We didn’t use them but they had 2 e-bikes to loan out. There were also 3 kayaks plus a child’s kayak. I borrowed one to use on the lake and it was wonderful. They are in walking distance of a lot of the town area and definitely biking distance for the rest. I would return here! There is so much of the surrounding area I’d like to see!"
"Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay.
Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests.
In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking out of the window.
A great place to visit and a good getaway from the hustle & bustle of big towns and cities."
