Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. 「This hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of Harare. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is dated, but it is definitely has a unique character to it. The view from my window was spectacular and breakfast really fills you up.」
