"On check-in day, Eric, the property owner, was late in giving us the access code to the property, which is typically not a problem, especially if I am running late for check-in. The only problem here is, nowhere in the listing does it say you will also not have cell signal at the Cabin. The owner is aware of this as he told me in a message but it is not communicated in the description. In addition, our family arrived after dark, the next big mistake. The location of this cabin is secluded as described, but you have to go through a very sketchy area to get there. Then there are many lane gravel roads, many which were washed out and our family was sliding at midnight! Only to get to the cabin and realize there is no cell signal and I don't have a code. So in the early morning hours we had to travel back down to get a signal (40 minutes) and were not going to risk going back up since we slid all over the first time. I rented a hotel room alternatively since this cabin was not as described. When I contacted the owner, Eric blew off my requests. He did offer to refund my 80 cleaning fee. I was out my rental on this and still had to find safer accomidations for my family. Renters beware. There is likely a reason no reviews have been given in over a year. The description is not accurate. I contacted VRBO directly and am waiting for results. Save yourself some time and money rent another place or a hotel like I did. "
"We had a great time at the property. The dome has full kitchen and all the utensils needed. It had a hot tub and grill on the patio. We liked the comfortable stay. Only issue was the navigation, google maps took us to a road with the dead end. We had some trouble finding the place initially. "
