Great Location

Perfect location, lots of room. Amazing views. The place was dirty, had to clean all the floors and dust from multiple surfaces. Food and sticky stuff on kitchen floor. Mold in shower. Property manager and owner didn’t care. For over $5k per week it should have been much cleaner But great location.

The pool and hot tub were great.We loved the spacious open concept of the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The Powers group along with the Hospitality app is very helpful with instructions and suggestions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is as it is is spacious, the view to the sea is awesome and it is literally on the edge of the beach. The owner answers quickly to his messages and the place is well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the locker was already almost full of beach gear, so it was hard to use it for ours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, could not be easier to get to the beach, or anywhere else. Pool was lovely. Key-less entry is a BIG positive. A small chair in the master bedroom would have been helpful for an elderly guest. One guest did encounter a poorly draining tub that left behind a lot of muck. Had to tighten the legs on the bar stools before we could use them. Had to retrieve toy from under the couch - needs a good sweeping under there... Otherwise very positive experience.

Certainly paying for location here, but view from balcony can’t be beat. Some of the furnishings could be updated, like mattresses and couches are definitely run down. Always have a successful stay when renting through the powers group.

Overall our experience is good but Company gave a lobby door code which is not correct and then we had trouble to get in. And check-in time is 4pm. I feel like too late even if normal other facility is 3pm also check out is 10am not 11am. It must be considered.
