Charming beach-block retreat on the quietest, prettiest street in town! This cozy bottom-floor rental boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a welcoming porch, and a small backyard with a dining table and grill—perfect for summer BBQs. Just the 5th house from the beach, enjoy a quick stroll to the shore and fall asleep to the soothing sound of ocean tides with the windows open. Stay cool with air conditioning, stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of 2 parking spots and a washer/dryer. Only a 3-minute ride to the vibrant Wildwood Boardwalk and a 10-minute drive over the bridge to Cape May. Your serene coastal escape awaits!

Perfect for family vacations, this luxurious, family-friendly destination offers stunning sunsets at Sunset Lake, fishing, boating, and free concerts at Centennial Park. Known as the "Dolphin Capital" for frequent dolphin sightings, the borough also hosts vibrant events like the Christmas in July boat parade and Seafarer’s Weekend, combining relaxation with cultural and recreational fun.

Also, the Ice cream and Ice cream sundae trucks make a visit to our street most days around 1-2pm! Who doesn’t like ice cream!? 😋🍦

Parking:
This property has 2 on site parking spots for your use. Please consult the parking instructions in your Welcome Guide located inside the property. We humbly ask that you not block the sidewalk with your vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
-Primary renter age requirement: 25+
-14-Day cancellation policy.
-Maximum of 4 guests.
-No towels permitted on railings.
-A one-time $125 Cleaning Fee will be tacked on for your stay.
-Guests are required to provide ID and sign a Lease Agreement.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Throw bathroom and kitchen hand towels in the wash before exiting. We *DO* supply bathroom and kitchen hand towels. We *DO NOT* supply bed sheets or shower/beach towels.
Set air conditioning to 74 degrees.
Please bring cans to curb for pickup. Garbage/Recycle cans are located to the left of house behind the gate. Trash comes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. Recycle comes every Tuesday & Friday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
