We enjoyed our stay at the diamond beach property

The co op was spacious, clean, close to the beach and Resturant’s. On a quiet street, had parking.

Comfortable stay, wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home met all of our needs and was a comfortable stay for my family of 5. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax, sleep, and eat. The outdoor space was nice and we appreciated the clothing line to help dry out our beach towels and bathing suits. While the kitchen is on the smaller size, it worked just fine! Open cabinets allowed for us to store some of our food, but the drawers and cabinets could be a bit more organized so that utensils, wash cloths, and some items were more accessible. While the bedroom drawers were empty and available to be used, the closets were cluttered and things were just haphazardly thrown in. The washer and dryer were such a bonus. They were a bit finicky, so perhaps directions on how they work would help renters in the future! Overall it was a great week, wonderful location, and a comfortable stay for our family!

Ok for the price

Condo was ok, fairly clean & well stocked. Sofa needs a cleaning & family members remarked on a mild odor…mold, pet? It’s a decent walk to beach. As a walker I didn’t mind but others preferred to drive there. Overall it comfortable & affordable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place to stay, spacious and clean. Only downside is the walk to the beach can be a little much in the heat. Also, listing states a King size bed but none of the beds are a king.

Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I go to the beach every year and this house fit perfectly for our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was nice to come back to after a long day on the beach. We had a couple of questions while we were there and the rental group was quick to respond, helpful, and nice. We had a great stay!

Great Location & Cozy

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Arrival and access was easy as well as departure. Super convenient location. Overall loved! The only suggestion we have is to have season beach tags and bar membership incorporated into the stay for the added convenience.

Diamond Beach

Overall, the place was great. here are a few suggestions: Coffee table is needed! Consider a gutter on the front of the building or removing the the top of the outdoor shower. a heavy rain produces a non-stop, keep you awake at night drumming sound on the outdoor shower, and maybe on the outdoor storage unit in the front - they are both right in the drip-line. Had to sleep on the couch on the one rainy night.

summer fun

The first time staying in Diamond Beach. The house was close enough to walk to the beach and at sunset to walk to a small park to see the sunset. Perfect location and the house was tastefully decorated and very roomy. looking forward to booking this place next year.

Vacation Disappointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property in general is satisfactory but could use some attention in certain areas: The bathroom door locks in both B/Rs don't lock; the grill in the backyard is not easily accessed & difficult to use; too much of the owners STUFF is in the closets; needs a pot or 2 besides 5 frying pans;IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING THAT BEACH TAGS ARE SUPPLIED, THEN SUPPLY THEM.I found it embarrassing to go past the check point day making up an excuse for not having one.
