"Travel with my kids for a football camp with friends who also rented a room.. Phone didnt work, no hot water, tvs didn't work. Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for the money… def would not be booking again"

"Beautiful hotel with unique history. Staff were lovely and the room was nice. It was a great place to meet up with a good friend for a couple of days. Unfortunately the days were a bit cold and rainy and we wanted to stay in and catch up but neither our room nor the public spaces were very welcoming to relax and chat. And we also felt uncomfortable chilling in the restaurant without continuing to order. Other than that and the challenge to get hot water for tea. It was very nice and we will stay there again."
