「Stayed in superior room, overall fine. Beds & pillows are worn out, TV was analog, Nespresso coffee maker in room & free in lobby. Beach, bars & activities were great. There is a free bus service daily at 9 am to the grocery store or it can be ordered for you. Use the resort App or WhatsApp for requests. The free wifi was ok. Bring bug spray !」

「Excelente desayuno bufet pero en la reservación se filtraron hoteles con desayuno incluido. Al llegar allá, el desayuno no estaba incluido. Además, ácaros o algún insecto en la cama, picaron a mis hijos durante la noche.」

「Excellent location as it sits on the Caribbean but has a lagoon in the back of the property that is perfect for snorkeling. Across the lagoon from resort is Mambo beach which has a 2 floored mall with lots of shops and restaurants. All within walking distance!!」

「If the host will respond to the multiple attempts to communicate i will be happy to adjust this rating. We were in an emergency situation with a plane that had to be landed in another country. There was no response from the host. Soo disappointing.」
