Not all staff were friendly, long line to check in, requested an ironing board twice and never got it. You have to be on line by 10 am to book dinner reservations each for the following day. Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest, neither was the pool.

I enjoyed this resort, even though it’s a little older. It was overall clean and the staff were friendly. I loved the swim up pool, just didn’t like that they closed so early. The restaurants could be better. The Turkish restaurant was my favorite. The main eating area had good food and a lot of options.

Would rate this place a 10/10 based on overall service. Food and drinks 10/10. Staff service 9/10. My kids loved the waterpark and evening entertainment.

Our room had a bad smell throughout our stay, including the bedsheets and pillows. I asked housekeeping to change it and I was told that our room had mold. The entire property does. They can help with the smell by putting bleach down the drains. They did they one day, and never again. ( I had a one year old baby with me) The hotel only has one restaurant for lunch, which is the buffet. For dinner, you needed to make reservation, which was full pretty quickly. Went over one night to the Italian restaurant and asked if had could accommodate us ( I didn’t have a reservation and I seen there was almost no one in there), staff told us they cannot. ( Maybe they only make food for these that reserved, not sure) Another night, we had reservation at the seafood restaurant, half of the things on the menu was unavailable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Wij zijn in vier dagen tijd, maar liefst 4 keer van kamer veranderd. Bij aankomst was er geen Bellboy en moesten wij zelf 5 koffers naar de kamer brengen. Dit terwijl wij ook reisden met onze baby. Bij aankomst op de kamer bleek de douche niet te werken. Niemand die kwam om ernaar te kijken terwijl dit ons meerdere malen is beloofd. In kamer nr 2 bleek de airco niet te werken. Weer valse beloftes dat er iemand zou komen en dus weer een dagdeel kwijt aan het wachten op iemand. In kamer nr. 3 was er niet schoongemaakt (nadat de vorige logees waren uitgecheckt) dus die kamer hebben wij geweigerd. Dit omdat er niemand beschikbaar was om de kamer op te ruimen. Kamer nr 4 was eindelijk een kamer waar alles werkte. We zijn 4 dagen lang 4 dagdelen kwijtgeraakt aan in/uitpakken, verhuizen, etc. Wat een ongelooflijk slechte service, geen ene begrip of compensatie gekregen. Er worden alleen maar valse beloftes gemaakt. De monteurs die er dan kwamen leken er ook helemaal geen zin in te hebben. 1 bellboy gaf ook eerlijk toe dat de technische medewerkers zich elke dag verstoppen omdat ze niet willen werken! Echt schandalig. Ze snappen de urgentie niet, ook niet dat het met een baby erbij gewoon echt dringend is. Dit hotel is absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Het zwembad is vies en word niet elke avond schoongemaakt. De kamers worden niet dagelijks gestofzuigd/ gedweild. Het buffet is bij lange na geen 5 sterren waard. Echt een waardeloos hotel die ik niemand aanraad!

Me gusto la comida, el buffet es bueno, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, habitación cómoda. Lo malo las reservas a los restaurantes se acaban muy rápido , la atención del personal es muy deficiente.

The property is clean, safe, and the food is excellent. I will not come back because there is not one public AC area to go to. AC is only in the rooms and ours went out with no updates for 24 hours.

HORRIBLE - they treated us horrible when the AC stopped working in our room. Basically, put us in a temporary room and then told us “We had to get out of that room because someone else was checking in"? Then we did not have a room at all for half a day. UNBELIEVABLE. Then they told us they would have a solution at 10:00am, then 3:30, then 4:00, then 4:30. You really find out what organization is about when there is a little problem. They did not mind inconveniencing my family for their convenience! Way below the Hilton standards. Very disappointing. There is no way that I could recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even my x-wife.

The place was adorable! The grounds were picture perfect. The beach, pool, the bars the buffet, etc. Friendly staff. The food was what you expect at an all inclusive resort. They are super strict on reservations and you can only reserve for the next day. The water park was a blast! Be ready for the huge snake water slide! The nightly entertainment was fun. Willemstad is a15 minute walk.

I loved the hotel room, the beach area and the food was delicious and so many choices. People working at the reception were very good and helpful. I was so disappointed with people working at the bars and the main restaurant. They were so unfriendly, never talked or smiled, not even to each other. We always had to hunt down clean utensils, glasses and tables, and cleaning tables and placing clean utensils were the only job the staff was supposed to do, food, drinks, water were placed buffet style ( and that was an excellent idea) so we got them ourselves.

I recently stayed at Mangrove Beach Corendo in Curacao, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was less than ideal. First, the check-in and check-out process was quite confusing and disorganized. After a long flight, I was hoping for a smooth arrival, but unfortunately, there were no seats available for guests waiting to check in. It was uncomfortable to stand around for an extended period, especially after traveling for hours. It would have been a nice touch to have a designated seating area for guests waiting to check in Unfortunately, the housekeeping left much to be desired. I found mold in the bathroom, which was concerning, and the robes that were provided were dirty. These issues definitely made me question the cleanliness and attention to detail at the resort. On a more positive note, the entertainment and food options were decent, though nothing stood out as extraordinary. The resort is very kid-friendly, which is great for families, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations I had for a more relaxing, adult-oriented experience. One of the highlights of our stay was Mel at the concierge desk. She was incredibly helpful in booking our cabanas and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Her customer service definitely stood out, and we truly appreciated her efforts. Overall, while Curacao itself is a beautiful destination, I’m not sure I would return to this resort. There are definitely areas for improvement in terms of service and maintenance.
