Our stay at the resort was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel has a calm atmosphere, everything was clean and well-kept, and the food options were great.
The only reason I’m not giving it 10 stars is because of the Harbor restaurant. The food was good, but the customer service was often poor. The staff seemed distracted, forgot orders, and didn’t clean tables promptly. I even waited 45 minutes for a dessert that never came.
The one positive moment was when a staff member named Swing, who may have been a supervisor, provided excellent service. I hope customer service at the Harbor improves, because the rest of the resort was truly amazing.
