「The location was great. Beautiful Views. Literally minutes from downtown Williams. Parking was tight when the lot was full. We arrived after dark and the lighting was dim and the signage was hidden with the cars in a full parking lot which made it difficult to know where to go...there is no access to a kitchen nor an in room refrigerator nor an in room microwave which was disappointing. We had to go buy a cooler and ice from the local dollar general and had no way to heat up our leftovers after...

「The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked...

「Not spotless, but clean. Fairly new, as pictured and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well due to an allergic reaction to something in the apartment. Not sure if a previous guest had a pet there or if it was just dust under the furniture, but I was very ill. Everyone else in my family slept great and had no issues at all. We did look under furniture, just to check for pet hair and found an unopened beer can. So, the cleaning crew definitely missed some things, lol. Overall...
