「The bed is super soft and all rooms are connected room which made me felt uncomfortable (if you stay alone). The staffs are all very friendly, polite and helpful. 」

「I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived that type of room was not available. We were offered a king with pull out sofa room. I wasn’t happy about it but when we settled in the room the sofa bed was actually clean and comfortable. It ended up being a non issue for my teen daughter to sleep on. Breakfast was really good as well! 」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」

「Excellent hotel!」

「The hotel was awesome! The room was large and very quiet considering it's a casino. The towels in the room are real fluffy towels. There is a nice heavy door on the shower, so no water gets splashed all over the bathroom floor. My only complaint (and it's super minor) is that the shampoo and conditioner do not smell very good. Hotel staff was very friendly, and housekeeping was great. Way better experience than my recent stay at a hotel in Las Vegas. Will definitely stay at Wind Creek...
